Download all roles and role owners from sap

Could you please advise the steps for downloading all the roles and role owners in SAP using the tables and how to filter.

Hi,

Mostly you need to combine GRACROLE and GRACROLEAPPRVR to get the role owner for the roles.

I would suggest to check for apprvr value is X in GRACROLEAPPRVR.

Additionally, If you have HANA DB, you can use below query to get role owner data

select role.role_name, appr.approver

from "SAPSR3"."GRACROLE" as role inner join

"SAPSR3"."GRACROLEAPPRVR" as appr on

appr.roleid = role.roleid

where appr.apprvr = 'X'

Thanks for the quick response Neeraj. I am not able to select all the lines from table GRACROLE and there is no export option to Excel.

Share screenshot where you are checking as downloading of table is standard functionality. It might be some authorization issue also.
