Document item XXXXXXX/000XX has not yet been carried forward to the current year

Hey Guys,

I work for Public sector. I'm encountering a PO error "Document item PR #/ line item has not yet been carried forward to the current year" while setting PO line for deletion indicator.

The PO was created in 2018 w/ delv date for 2021. the PO was forwarded (FMJ2) for 2019 and 2020 but the PR assigned to it was NOT forwarded for 2019 and that is NOT letting delete the PO line item that has PR reference to it.

How could i resolve this?

You still can carry-forward it, but via FMJ0 transaction.

see attached. it says that the PR already converted to PO w/ Error. what else can I do? PO is already Carry-Forwarded.

Hi,

You have to carry-forward PR. Any change in the sequential document implies that the predecessor is in the same budgetary year for certain FM update profiles.

I cannot CF PR- It says NO open items while doing so...I learnt that because of the fact the PR was NOT rolled back in 2018-> 2019, it is NOT letting us roll it now. Is there a way to force roll the PR??

Just to make it clear, business seems to have forgot to CF the PR back in 2018....and that is not allowing us to change the PO (created back in 2018).

I'm thinking as a last resort to create a NEW PO.

Please advise on the possible solutions...
