Document flow in GTS not the same as in ERP

Hello,

we have the urgent problem that we have a difference between the document flow in ERP and GTS.

The example I will provide shows the difference between our test System and the connected GTS system.

1. First Screenshot made in ERP Test System. We can see the whole document flow

2. Bottom left I searched in GTS for the document "order" and I get basically only the delivery document 817191530.

3. Bottom right I searched for the RE document and I get the document I was searching for but again not the whole ducument flow but only the document I was searching for.

If I create only the Re document and it has the status open no document flow exists at all --> I guess thats because it can not see the flow before in GTS what so ever.

If anyone has an idea I would be really pleased!

Hello Rouven,

Document flow in GTS only deals with documents in GTS. That is why you do not see the other ERP documents that are NOT replicated to GTS.
