Document change rules, line item in SAP S4H Public cloud

Hello, I need to change a statistical field in my already posted journal entries. I use SAP S4H Public cloud. I found that in private cloud and on-premise there is a transaction (OB32 I believe) Document change rules for Document header and Line items where you can set what fields can be edited. 

Does this also work in SAP Public cloud? I have not found these transactions in my CBC...

Also, can we do a mass change of the line items? I have about 100 line items where I need to change this one statistical field.

Hello, thank you but no. I already was looking into it. When I try to edit the line item through Manage Journal entries app, I only see a few fields editable even thought the field I want to change is purely statistical . it is a text field. (it is a custom field).
