Do a change to user_preference and can't logon the web system

Dear all,

In BPC10.1, when I do the change in user_preferece in BPC10.0,just like below:

then when I log out,then want to logon again,but now I can't logon,just like below:

so I delete the user on BW by "su01",and then create the user again,but it can't solve the matter,so please give me a help how to solve it,thank you all!

There are two files that EPM add-in uses for connections and user preferences.  User preferences are saved in file EPMClientPreference.xml which is created by the EPM Add-In installation program or by the add-in itself when launched.

Take a look at these files you can find the files at : “%AppData%\..\local\EPMOfficeClient\EPMXLClientPreference.XML” and “%AppData%\..\local\EPMOfficeClient\Connections.xml

If you find incorrect information in these files and you need to change them make a copy of the files before making any changes.
