Hello Veera

You can export chapter and report data out of SAP Disclosure Management (SAP DM) to a password-secured zip file, which is saved to a folder path defined by an administrator in the SAP DM system configuration. Users need period publishing permission to see the publish button. They can select reports from a period to publish them in a password-secured zip archive saved in a folder at a network location.

The folder location is what you specify on the publishing tab.

The actual publication is done in the report section

Note: the publication is done by the Task Engine, see

We can export/saves the all Chapters and Sub-Chapters at Publish Directory Folder...???

Not sure what you mean. The publish will create a single zip file with all content in it.

Hi Marc,

I had publish for 2015 year data once i opened those folder shows some xml files

What is the exact use of Publish Directory Functionality.
