Hello Guru’s, I need some assistance please. I have to request user access to Dispute Management along with Collection Worklist.
My current employer requires a business case before access is granted etc. Please can someone help me with a manual for both to include in my report along with all the pro and cons. I also want to clarify the type of reports that comes with these two sections.l and possibly the extra cost per user.
They have only recently moved over to S4 Hanna I personally have 8years user experience On various SAP products in Finance sector but without the required snippets it’s hard to put a decent report to argue why I think we need these extra licenses. Any type of assistance will be highly appreciated. They currently manage disputes via xls and not logging it through Hanna and no work list for credit control. Only uses BP for notes and FBL5N also not assigned collectors to the ledger. Many thanks in advance.
