We have several different collection groups in FSCM. Each Account specialist can have customers from one to several different collection groups assigned to them. When they go into their worklist, if their customer assignments have different collection groups, the header for their open items is displayed with the header of Overdue Period X. If you go into the worklist with one specific collection group, you will get the header display as the set aging buckets (1-30,31-60, etc.) you have in your strategies. If all collection groups are set with the same aging buckets, is there a way to get the header to display with the 1-30,31-60, etc. in the worklist by user and multiple collection groups?
