Dear Friends,
The user has informed like this
There are differences between ZGRIR_Latest report and ME23N for the PO list.
Please suggest, how to find out the difference from report level or table level.
All the help will greatly appreciated.

Hi Sanil,
As suggested , I have checked T.code ME23n and ME80FN, Three Purchase Orders 100,1001,102 are there, but however in ZGRIR_LATEST, the three purchase orders are not there.
Please suggest, how to explore or investigate further to find out the difference.
Regards
Sridhar

Hi sridhar.muthekepalli3
The report ZGRIR_LATEST seem to be a custom report, based on a specific logic. No one in community would know what logic it is built on. You have also not informed what exactly are the differences.
The standard report for PO Line items would be ME80FN, which would show you the details of PO History tab. The information is typically fetched from EKPO and EKBE tables for this report.
Thanks & Regards

Hi sridhar.muthekepalli3
If you are providing an update against an answer, please add it as a comment rather than a new answer. Please be considerate towards others in the community who i might have a similar issue.
You have not shared the logic of the custom report, that i can guide. I do not know what data the report shows or what are the tables from which the data is retrieved. You would have to work with your ABAP Colleagues and a functional FI/MM IT Consultant to figure that out, in case, you are an end user. I would suggest to raise a ticket with your IT Support team, in case you are an end user.
Thanks & Regards
Sanil Bhandari
