discount value is not calculated for BIT in Convergent Invocing

Dear Friends,

I ahve configured Discounts Flat prices USD 5, Pecentage Discount 10%. It is woring fine in simulation mode.

When a contract is created for one time product in SOM, BITs are generated one time discount.

In discount BIT item zero ("0") price is displaying .

Can you please suggest the solution.

As you have mentioned- When a contract is created for one time product in SOM, BITs are generated one time discount. In discount BIT item zero ("0") price is displaying .

Comments- Initially the Discount BIT is created with 0 Unit Price.

In the DISCOUNT Key configuration, under Characteristics, you would have mentioned the "Time of Calculation"- it is either space or 1.

Space- After Billing of Billable Items to Be Discounted

1 - During Billing of Billable Items to Be Discounted

So try to generate the billing for BASE BITs and then generate billing for the discounted BITs. And then finally you can see the price on the discount BITs.

Discount BIT Price is always calculated from the BASE BITs. May be discount is a flat or some % but what is the BASE Price/Value to apply a flat or % discount.

Try to Bill the BITs ( BASE BITs first and then DISCOUNT BITs) and hopefully the price will appear then in discount BITs.
