Dimension processing gives error

Dear All,

I have an VM BPC 10 MS that I need to work, however, processing dimensions/application throws error. On checking the log, I found the message:

Did you recently make changes to your DataSrc dimension?  Can you process this dimension by itself?  Do you have a backup copy of this dim that you can restore to?  Have any other changes been made to server(s)?  If may be helpful to know what occurred before the error started.
