Differing indicator for lexicographical data storage Error

Need urgent help !!!

When I tried to move material from ECC to GTS got the following message:

No Custom products were created in GTS though.

I copied the ECC settings for  transaction OMSL.

When I tried to tranfer material again - got the same error message I had before.

Is there a way to fix this?

Setting in SPRO:IMG > Global Trade Services > General Settings > Define Output Format for External Product Number was missing
