Difference Between Access Control 12.0 and Access Control 12.0 for SAP S/4HANA

We are planning to upgrade our GRC 10.1 system and wanted to know if there is any major difference between Access Control 12.0 and Access Control 12.0 for SAP S/4HANA.

Also what would SAP's recommendation be towards which upgrade path to choose

There is no difference between these releases and it is based on license you have.
