Description is missing after rejection of SAP access request

I have an issue for access request in GRC. There are few GRC access request which are rejected by the approvers ,however when I am trying to check the description in the request , it seems to be missing .

I have tried to check the user setting , nothing has been put on hide .

Not sure what is the issue . Can some please suggest on this if they have faced this issue before or if there is any note for this.

Req type gives a some clues to troubleshoot more(Req Type : 001 - New Account,002 - Change Account etc).Can you provide more details on the what type of GRC Request Role Assignmnent Approval (MSMP Process ID)or Role Modification Approval(MSMP Process ID)?

Check the following SAP note

2318023 - Request reason is blank for role request approval

We are on SP18, as far as the request type is concerned it remains 000 for all the request ( for successful as well).

I don't see any issue with description(Request for Reason) in our system for the Rejected access request.Whats your SP Level? I also noticed that Request Type as 000 in your attachment?
