Description/explanation of fields in SAP for GL account

I am wondering whether SAP could please provide the lists of description or explanation for each field ( the hidden fields) in SAP like the description for each account. Sometimes it is difficult to tell the difference between two fields (i.e. Loc.Curr.3 and loc. Curr.2) or what does CS notification mean below (when I click F1 on CS Notif)? Or is there any place I can locate those information?
