Description Column Missing from Account Dimension

Dear Expert,

I am using BPC 10.1 Classic version ,BW 7.4, I am facing some unwanted issue where in my account dimension, description column are not shown. It only happens in account dimension  twice with me. When I am displaying the dimension in Hierarchy view it shown description but in list view it missed the description column.  What is the reason behind this and how we resolved it.

Plan to patch BPC int eh backend.

your SP 0 is way too old.

Sorry for late reply,is there any SAP note available where it indicate upgrade SP for missing description column,it's require for client understanding purpose.

I remember some note about it... Definitely SP0 is not acceptable!
