We come to you because we have a situation in the implementation of Badis FAA_DC_CUSTOMER and FAA_EE_CUSTOMER for the S4HANA environment.
The Badis mentioned above have been implemented in the ECC environment and have traditionally been running on transactions: ABNAN, ABAON, ABAVN, ABZU, ABMA, ABAA, ABAW, ABZON, AS02, AS01, ABUMN, AB08, AFAR and AFAB.
Currently, logic to customize the ECC processes has been implemented in the above mentioned badis and transactions:
- DC_CLOSED_YEARS_CALC
- DC_RETIREMENT_REQUEST
- DC_TRANSACTION_POSTING
- DC_RECALCULATION
- DC_TRANSACTION_CALCULATE
- DC_DEPRECIATION_POSTING
Specifically the finding we have is under the transaction AFAB due to the fact that in the S4HANA environment the mentioned badis (FAA_DC_CUSTOMER, FAA_EE_CUSTOMER) are not executed.
In the ECC environment, for transaction AFAB we identified that the Badis are executed for the process “DC_DEPRECATION_POSTING” and the sub-process “DC_DEPRECATION_POSTING”.
We identified the interface IF_FAA_DC_SEGMENTS_720_C which uses the FI-AA component to declare the value of the processes and steps that are used in S4HANA, however it was not possible to identify which of these would replace or be the equivalent of the ECC process and subprocess “DC_DEPRECATION_POSTING”Fixed assets
