Dependent Item not getting created

Hello experts,

I want to create Dependent item when CIT gets converted to BIT via rating. For this i did the configuration. But still secondary item is not generating. I have attached all the screenshots. In Billable item in column Primary/ Secondary an icon is coming, but nothing happens on clicking it. I checked with all items mode in fkkbixbit_mon, i could not find any secondary item. I also tried creating BIT directly using fkkbixbit_cwb, still dependent item did not generate when i moved it to billable status.

Please help, it is urgent.

HI prateekgard777 just only from the information which you post here everything looks fine.

I cannot see the dittype in the last 2 pictures but I guess it's there - correct?

Please check if you have all notes implemented which are available for this topic and if this still not work please open an incident.
