Delta load from BW to BPC

Hi All

We want to switch the data upload process from manual (through DMP) to Delta process. We want to run full load from source (BW) for the period September but the initial delta should not bring any data as we already have data in BPC and do  not want to double it up.

The steps should be delta Init to establish the delta followed by a full load for September.

Subsequently we should be able to run deltas on a daily basis.

How we will setup this process in BPC through Delta Initializaiton ?

Hi Srikant,

try to run delta with this option unticked

Path:  organize>Organize Delta Intilisation >> right click and select new. You will find this option

Thanks for your reply.

I have already unticked this option (zero record passed to bpc) but after this how the full load will happen for September only ?

If we will select the fiscal year and period as 2016.09 then the delta process will pass the data only for this month and it will not transfer the data for October.
