Delivery term EXW not accepted; value not defined in GTS

Hi All,

I have defined the terms EXW at General Settings - Define Incoterms.

Then Created a material document after the inbound delivery and shipment.

SLG1 in GTS says "Delivery term EXW not accepted; value not defined in GTS"

What else is required here please?

Hi Alex,

The only thing I can think of is that the code might be case-sensitive, and you've used 'exw' instead of 'EXW' in the transaction. Sounds unlikely, but no other suggestions come to mind.
