delivery block at credit management in Cloud ERP

In ERP, delivery Block can be performed using credit management.

Can Cloud ERP delivery Block due to credit management?

In SSCUI 102137, "A", "B", and "C" cannot be selected for "credit check"

"D":auto credit management only

But In SSCUI:101707, I can set credit limit checks for each delivery type.

In Public Cloud can block delivery processing due to Credit Management, but it’s done via SAP Credit Management (FSCM) statuses/checks credit block, not via the classic SD simple credit check logic. When the credit check fails, the system can prevent delivery creation and/or later steps like picking and PGI, depending on how you configure it

That’s expected credit check types A/B/C (simple checks) are no longer available in SAP Credit Management for sales document types you can only use type D (Automatic) or leave it blank (no check)

So in CBC:

Set Credit Limit Checks for Sales Document Types (102137) only D is supported
Set Credit Limit Checks for Delivery Types (101707) you control which delivery types are checked and which credit group they use it does not mean A/B/C are available

How to get a delivery block/credit block in Public Cloud

In CBC:

Set Credit Limit Checks for Delivery Types (101707), assign the relevant delivery type to the credit group for:

Delivery (commonly credit group 02) and/or
Goods Issue / PGI (commonly credit group 03)

Define Automatic Credit Control (101518), for your Credit Segment + Risk Class + Credit Group (02/03), activate the SAP Credit Management check and set the blocking behavior. This is what actually enforces blocking at delivery/PGI

Important Public Cloud behavior/limitation

If a delivery is credit blocked, the system can hard-stop Picking and PGI when exposure exceeds the limit and deliveries can’t be manually credit-released via Manage Documented Credit Decisions that app supports sales orders, not deliveries
