Deletion of Teams through Transports in BPC

Hi ,

I would like to know whether deletion of Teams through transports possible in BPC.

Since i tried the way we do the deletion of roles in back end system but changes are not getting reflected in target system.

Is there any specific way for the deletion of BPC objects through transports?

Hi Sandhya,

Instead of deleting if you want to transport specific objects their is a option for Transporting Specific Objects please follow the below steps,

go to Rsa1

--> Transport Connections

--> Select More Types in Object Types

-> Expand Environment

--> Select Objects

--> select your Environment

--> Add to Collection

--> In the Collection Expand Environment

--> When you Expand Environment you can able to see Model,BPF,Business Rules etc.., where in all sub objects check boxes will be enabled

Select the option Do not Transport Below Option for Model,BPF ,Business Rules and Configuration, Library, Etc.

so that no Object is transported this is to customise the TR with selected Objects,

Expand Team you can able to see all teams selected, Select the specific teams you need to be transported

Main Moto of above steps is instead of deleting while transport you also select specific report or Specific team to TR so that your requirement will be fulfilled.
