Hello All,
we have received a situation where sales orders have been released by assigning to wrong licence , number of orders have been released with this licence Is there any way we can reverse this process.

Hello Swathi,
If all Sales Orders are assigned to single License it is better to deactivate the license and recheck all Sales orders.
If every Sales order is attached to one license, then it is better to fetch all licenses manually from /sapsll/lclic table or /SAPSLL/LCLIC05_EXP transaction and deactivating them manully.

When you say "Sales orders have been released by assigning to wrong license", are you using manual license assignment?
if yes, you can manually delete the assignment too.
if no, you can change the wrong attribute in the license master and recheck the documents in question. This should block the document again in the absence of valid license.
Depending upon the configuration settings and scenario chosen above, license determination takes place again in Delivey. This is where you get another opportunity to fix the assignments.
