Error Message56146 – “Cancellation not possible because travel data exists for the same period.”
Cause in CloudMission order overlaps with one or more travel documents (Expense Report, Travel Plan, Approved Trip) for the same employee and period. Cloud enforces strict lifecycle rules, preventing cancellation.
Required Condition for Cancellation- No expense reports submitted- No travel plans exist- No trips approved or posted- No overlapping mission orders for the same period
Common Scenarios Causing Error 561461. Expense report already created/submitted2. Travel plan exists for the period3. Another mission order overlaps4. Trip approved and sent to accounting
Step-by-Step Resolution (Cloud Apps)1. Open “My Travel & Expenses” or Travel Requests app2. Identify all travel documents overlapping with the mission order3. Cancel/Delete expense reports (if in Draft) or Withdraw (if submitted)4. Delete or Withdraw any Travel Plans5. Withdraw any approved trips (if possible)6. Retry mission order cancellation once all dependent documents are cleared
Workflow ReminderCloud enforces: Expense Report Cancellation → Travel Request Withdrawal → Mission Order Cancellation. Direct deletion is not possible.
Tips / Best Practices- Always check overlapping travel documents first- Ensure all status dependencies are cleared before attempting cancellation- Use the “Travel Overview” Fiori app to quickly identify blocking documents
