Delete a mission order

Hello,
I would like to cancel a mission order that will not result in a refund.

This cancellation is not possible because there is already travel data for the same period.

How can I solve this problem please?

Required Condition for Cancellation	- No expense reports submitted- No travel plans exist- No trips approved or posted- No overlapping mission orders for the same period
Common Scenarios Causing Error 56146	1. Expense report already created/submitted2. Travel plan exists for the period3. Another mission order overlaps4. Trip approved and sent to accounting
Step-by-Step Resolution (Cloud Apps)	1. Open “My Travel & Expenses” or Travel Requests app2. Identify all travel documents overlapping with the mission order3. Cancel/Delete expense reports (if in Draft) or Withdraw (if submitted)4. Delete or Withdraw any Travel Plans5. Withdraw any approved trips (if possible)6. Retry mission order cancellation once all dependent documents are cleared
Workflow Reminder	Cloud enforces: Expense Report Cancellation → Travel Request Withdrawal → Mission Order Cancellation. Direct deletion is not possible.
