Deactivate specific rules - GRC 10.1?

Hello,

As part of cleanup activity we found that there are some Access Risk IDs(rules) shows up as risks which are actually not. Task is to remove those Access Risk IDs/Rules from the system.

Ex: With the below example lets say tcode:ME21N is not risk so we deactivated that Action inside the Function PR02.

AccessRiskID Rule ID Function/Action

P074 000P CC03/KL01

P074 000P PR02/ME21N

My question is:

1) Deactivating the Action is enough to disable the rule?

2) Do we have to disable the Rule ID 000P?

3) Is there anything else to be performed?

Please advice.

Thanks

---AccessRiskID--- Rule ID ----Function/Action

1)P074 --------------000P --------CC03/KL01

2)P074 --------------000P --------PR02/ME21N

Formatting the table for ease.
