Hello again,

To turn on and turn off e-mail notifications, perform the following steps:

1. Run transaction SE38;

2. Do one of the following tasks:

- If you are configuring BPC classic, open the UJB_MAINTAIN_EMAIL_TMPL program.

- If you are configuring BPC embedded, open the RSBPCB_MAINTAIN_EMAIL_TMPL program.

3. Do one of the following tasks:

- To activate e-mail notifications, change the value of the "Is Active" column to Yes.

- To turn off e-mail notifications, change the value of the "Is Active" column to No.

Retrieved from the BPC 101 Help page here.

Best Regards,

Tiago Carvalho.

Hello João,

Not sure if it would work but I would try to use the following solution:

http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1764827

But taking in consideration that the correct table should be RSBPC_EN_EMAILPR if your client is at BPC 10.1 embedded version.

Then instead using that solution to have all e-mails being sent by one "user" you just remove the e-mail from that user ("BPF_ADMIN") and then no e-mails should be sent - on my perspective this is just a workaround that might just resolve the issue - let us know if it works.

Thank you.

Best Regards,

Tiago Carvalho.

Hi all,

I have the same problem. I have tried to set all email templates to inactive in UJB_EMAIL10 table but still users are receiving notifications.

Has anyone found a way to deactivate BPF's generated email notifications?

Thanks

Hi Mohammed,

Thank you for your feedback, but the customer really don't like that approach.

I was also looking for a solution like we have in BPC classic.

Many thanks
