Data synch between tables GRC

I assigned owners to certain FF in EAM via the web interface, the date seems to be updated in the GRACFFOWNER table but not in the GRACFFUSER table .

Any suggestions ? plz

Hi Samar,

First make sure all relevant master data assignments are done. If it's a new FF user make sure it's owner is also maintained, then assign usage of the FF user to the user.

After these steps you'll need to run the above mentioned synch job.

If it's a complete new user or FF user; make sure you run the autorisation/repository synch job too.

Hi Samar,

I hope you ran all the sync jobs from GRC to plugin systems and also if any FF ID is requested from NWBC and approved by the FF ID owner..

Check the role assignmnets of the FF ID owner and also check logs for any findings

Hi Samar, have you checked if EAM synch job is running in your system? The program is GRAC_SPM_SYNC. You may check if tables above were updated after this program is executed. Thank you and regards, Josiane
