I have got the below scenario where I am looking for the options which I can utilize to automate the task of checking whether the data between ECC and BPC are in sync. Kindly advise if you have come across a similar scenario in your path so far and also your valuable comments on how we can approach this requirement.
We are using BPC 10.1 version and both the BW and BPC models reside in the same system.
Data Flow: ECC to BW to BPC
Requirement:
When a business user creates a transaction today in the ECC system, then the same data is expected to be visible in the BPC reports. But, sometimes, due to a data load failure or due to an incomplete job, there is a possibility that the data posted in ECC is not yet arrived into BPC or lost due to some issues leading to a mismatch of data between ECC vs BPC report.
The user now would like to have some automation in place that they can check on a daily basis at the start of their day at work to see whether the data is in Sync between ECC and BPC.
Current Scenario:
The Business had created a report at the ECC side and another report at the BPC side which they refresh daily and compare to ensure that the data matches.
