Data slice cannot be created due to error RSPLS557

Hi Expert,

My client is planning to upgrade SP Stack from 13 to 16, we are doing the impact analysis and we encounter this issue

1. BW-PLA-IP-PMD: Data slice cannot be created due to error RSPLS557

2. BW-PLA-IP-PMD: RSPLAN: Changes on "Characteristic Relationships" tab page are not accepted

What might be the possible cause of this and please help me for the resolution needed to make.

I am using SAP BPC 10.0 NW SP

I think you mistype the SAP note number, i cannot find that SAP note.
