Data Not Found, Connector Issue in GRC PC 12

Hi Experts,

I have issue with Business rule ,While running the Ad Hoc Query/ Queries Center,I am not getting data, even change data exist in SAP backend system. getting Error "Data not found, connector XXXXX" This is my showstopper to me right now.

Deficiency fields, I used the SCU3 handler to monitor this changes

I have checked and provided full access to RFC user with the help of Security team.

I am using GRC 12 system and SP 2

Can any one please help me on this

Thanks for your response ,

Yes ,

1.Change log is activated for all tables and also change data exist in SCU3 in SAP backend system.

2. We have provided wide access to RFC user also ( i mean full access)

3. Ad hoc query working for few business rules where i used handler as View maintenance .But most of the business rules are not working .

Can you please help me ,what exactly the issue.

Hi Suresh,

Have you verified in target system if the change logs are available?

This issue generally happens due to few reasons:

1. Log Data changes is not enabled for the table you are trying to monitor in your target system

2. RFC user do not have required authorizations.

Can you check and confirm on point 1?
