We are importing new rates into our Parameter model (Special Rates. We do this via flat file however whenever we have a file that 100,000 records it goes through however with a warning.
The records accepted is always 79999 and the rest are rejected. If the file is split to meet this threshold they go in fine. Is there a SPRO configuration or other to change this in BPC 10 on HANA?

Try to play with SPACKAGE_SIZE parameter of /CPMB/CONVERT in /CPMB/IMPORT
using tr RCPC
