You need to archive your data outside of CPQ. Therefore, its a custom process.

Hi Pritam,

I imagine the solution Patrick was suggesting is an integration with a data warehouse system, such as SAP BW. An integration would need to be built (likely a custom iFlow in SAP Cloud Integration) to extract the relevant data from CPQ, transform it as needed, and load the data in the data warehouse.
