Data access profiles showing incorrect no. of users assinged

HI Experts,

I added few users to a Data Access profile, and saved it, it is showing one ount extra when I see in the main screen where it shows the users count.

Ex:

If I add two users to a DAP XYZ, no teams assigned and saved. when I go back and see it is showing 3 under users column accross XYZ Dap.

We are using 10.1 standard

Is the same person been added to the new DAP?

what if you remove that extra person from the DAP? will it added back by itself?

double check you selected only 2 from the list, and no other been selected by mistake.

I double checked, I have assigned only two users. In-fact I have created a new dap and added new users and the count is different. No teams assigned.

I also checked the user from USERS section from the main screen, no DAP is added there. If add also, it is showing the user under DAP section in users list, as a expected functionality.

Also checked the teams, if the user is assigned to any of the Dap, but none.

Hi SR,

Apart from this issue,best way is to add users to team and assign Data access profiles and Task Profiles to Team.

If you find the root cause/fix for this issue,post here.

Have you checked here as I mentioned?

You can see the list of users and assigned data access profiles in "Home-->Audit-->Security-->Users".

There find the data access profile and check which additional user is assigned to that Data access profile.

When you see Data access profile in Web,you are seeing 0 teams and +1 users against this data access profile?

If you remove those 2 users also,there is one user in against that DAP?

I think it is coming with the team assigned to that Data access profile.
