Hello Guys,
Currently I use template based for access requests and when one of my back-ends is off, I have a delay to create new access requests.
I used group roles and this system being mapped, this slow process is generated.
Is there any way to mitigate this problem?
Best regards,
Renato

Hi Renato,
When one of your backend systems is down, you will not be able to submit access requests. This is as per standard design where the GRC system will do a connection test for all the systems in your access request and if connectivity fails even for one system, the request submission will not go through.
Additionally, you template based request is also not complete until users get access to all roles and systems mentioned in your template. In my view this is not a slow process but expected behavior.
Alternate option is to remove the role from the template which has issue and submit the request. Raise another request for that role specifically once the system is up.
