CX_SY_STRUCT_COMP_NAME exception while loading BW Costcenter hierarchy from BW to BPC.

Hi Team,

We are on BPC standard 11.1 with S4 HANA 1809 FPS2.

We are trying to load Costcenter hierarchy from BW to BPC. For that we have created the transformation file and required conversion file. While we are able to successfully validate the transformation file, we get error while running the Hierarchy load Data Manager package.

Below is the error description that we get:

Task name HIERARCHY DATA TARGET: An exception with the type CX_SY_STRUCT_COMP_NAME was raised, but was not handled locally or declared in a RAISING clause. Component Name 'LW LWCC' of the Component 2 Contains an Invalid Character model: LW_BW2BPC. Package status: ERROR.

I am listing sequence of events as below:

1. Below is our transformation file for Cost Center Hierarchy load.

2. Below is our Conversion file:

3. Hierarchy selection while validating Transformation file

4. Transformation file validated successfully below. Skip count of 3 is for records we have intentionally skipped as per conversion file.

5. Hierarchy selection while running the Data Manager package to load Costcenter hierarchy.

6. Failed Package log after running the package.

What are we missing here? Is it something with the space between LW LWCC.

If so then how is the transformation file getting validated?

Please suggest what are we missing here.

Please provide the same info about master data load for this dimension.

During master data load you are not performing conversion of top node: LW LWCC

P.S. Also strange IF in mapping in master data load!

Adding details for Master Data load of Cost Center dimension.

1. Transformation file below.We are loading Cost Center ids only for a given Controlling Area.

2.Conversion file as below:

3. Validation result of the transformation file. The results are as per the conversion file.

4. No Selection on attributes while running the Data Manager package to Load Cost Center Master data

5. Package log
