CX_PARAMETER_INVALID_RANGE for CL_ABAP_TSTMP for the ABAP program /GRCPI/SAPLGRIA_SPM

Hi,

We get dumps in GRC plug in system (ECC in this case) for the program
/GRCPI/SAPLGRIA_SPM. The ST22 dump screen shots are given below. The GRC plugin version is Release: V1100_731; SP-LEVEL: 12. Please let me know if any other screen shots are required.

No the issue is still not fixed. Though we implemented the note mentioned in this thread.

Please implement the below mentioned note in target system as well. For ex: ECC.

2289074 - GRC EAM 10.X : Dump in /GRCPI/GRIA_SPM_READLOG

This is the same note Srinivas suggested in this thread. Initially, I did it only in the GRC system. After having implemented this in ECC system the dumps have stopped.
