Customs document showing in GTS but the reference document not showing in ECC

Hi,

In GTS Customs document showing the reference document of Sales order and Delivery. But when I check same SO in ECC it's showing not in database. Could you please advise.

Hello Ravi,

References and Document Flow are two different things. Does GTS show the document flow? If not then there is a disconnect, I believe, on the ERP-side.

Are you using standard GTS Plug-in interface?

Hi Dean,

I am using standard interface and it happen only one document not to all. I do not see the document flow as well. Even I tried to see in ECC the reference document it's telling archive.
