Customs Declartion issue

Dear Expert,

We recently changed product classifications from 2A002A1c and 1D002D1d to 1B002B (cut off the last two digits).

Will this have any impact in the customs declaration (entered in the “Details” field)?

Does 1B002B have to be created somewhere or is it not a problem at all if we now use this new classification?

Hi Ramesh,

Those don't look like customs classifications - at least, not in countries that I know about. Usually the classification codes are either 8 or 10-digit, all numeric.

Are you sure we are talking about Customs codes, and not Legal Control codes?

Its a standard GTS Compliance - Customs Integration functionality and is controlled at below SPRO node.
