Hello Team

In customs declartion I am getting an error that :Authorization with type ZA/SDE/EIR must be specified Message No. /SAPSLL/CUS_ECC2582. This is happening to only one country called JP. Exporting from DE to JP.

Any Clue where data needs to be maintained ? Here is the screen shot where asking for value needs to be entered.

Thanks

RP

Hi Robert,

The results of the incompletion check should show you where data needs to be added or changed.

You can choose the Authorisation manually, or use the Data Proposal functionality to populate it automatically each time.

Hi Robert,

The "Approved Exporter" Authorisation type is there as standard (shown in your screen-shot). But if the business will be using Simplified Export or Entry in Declarant's Records instead, then you will need to create those types in configuration.

However, in your comment, you say that your declaration (not declartion!) is Normal Procedure. In that case, you should not need ANY authorisation type. The Message Type should be M0910, rather than the M0940 that is used for the "Approved Exporter" process - please check.

Dave

Hi Dave,

When I execute M0910 its showing document is incomeplete cannot be processed.

Second thing is the authorization should trigger automatically or needs to be entered manually ?

Thanks

Hi Robert,

You need to create a Customs Authorisation for Simplified Procedures in the Master Data area ("Authorizations/Securities" tab) to record whichever authorisation(s) the business currently holds. Then you should be able to assign the Authorisation in the Declaration.

By the way, the "country called JP" is Japan, but I would expect the same error to be encountered for any non-EU destination country.

Dave

Thanks Dave,

My customs declartion is Normal procedure. As per your suggestion I can see in Master data it's Simplified procedure for Import and no where Export is there ? So please advise.
