Customs Broker Interface

Hi experts,

I am working on customer's requirement, where in Export Declarations for a particular shipments, Broker is doing declaration to Customs.

There are multiple Brokers involved in this process. As per Current process, My Client provides the required information in excel sheet & mails to Broker and then Broker send these info to Customs.

Now Clients wants to automate this process and reqd info should be sent to Broker automatically in PDF.

I would like to know do we have SAP Standard solution wherein we can send info to Multiple Brokers using EDI. There are going to be 5-7 brokers in future who will do Declaration.

Any inputs will be much appreciated.

Rohan,

If you are planning to send PDF document to the broker, you would have to configure a PPF action.

In the control settings of the PPF action you can select which business partner you would like to use to send the PDF.

Populate the same partner function in Export Declaration and ask email it to the Email id available in the respective business partner.
