Customers are not getting transferred to GTS system-

already tried to search in the forum and do not found any suitable answer.

Could able to transfer Vendors and Materials successfully to GTS system. However while transferring customers through initial transfer of customer from ECC it is failing with 'out of 1 selected partners '0' were transferred. In ECC SLG1 it shows Logical (feeder) System cannot be determined. no logs found in GTS system.

Message No: /SAPSLL/CORE_LEG307

Please let me know how to resolve the error message.

Also is there any mandatory fields needs to be maintained in customer master for transferring to GTS system?

Hi Chalapathi,

it seems the issue is in your ECC system for customers. so, please check the FM - /SAPSLL/DEBMAS_DISTRIBUTE_R3 is assigned to Change pointer message type - /SAPSLL/DEBMAS_SLL.

also run the report in ECC - /SAPSLL/PLUGIN_CHECK_R3 and also check in ST22 any dump is there where it is getting terminated.
