Customer Transfered from ECC but not available in GTS

Hi,

I have transferred my customer from ECC to GTS. and got the message

then checked in GTS

then checked BP master data

Could anyone please help me?

Hi Samba,

Very strange. I suggest you take a look at table /SAPSLL/PNTBP using SE16, and see what exists for that Partner number.

Hi Dave,

Thanks for looking at my issue. I have checked in /SAPSLL/PNTB in SE16 and no data exist.

Then I checked in BUT000 no data exist

Then I sent another customer and the result was all partners processed and 1 sent successfully.....

then checked second customer in BP tcode in gts - not available

checked in /SAPSLL/PNTBP - No data exist

then created a sales order in va01 which is again a weird step but I did that and sales order passed to GTS where the partner functions are available... as I am not allowed to upload the screen shot, so adding one more comment followed by this...

then checked in bp as internal number with 10000003402 and then no data exist is the result

1 - Now I am not understanding if gts has no internal customer /bp created, how this order is passed ?

2 - Log says it is in boycot list, then without havving customer how to remove this customer from boycott list?

any help is appreciated

Hi,

Please use GTS internal business partner '1000003402' to search the BP. I don't think 'FOX' is the right external business partner as you attached.

You can find the corresponding BP mapping record from /SAPSLL/PNTBP, and then find the external number in field BPVSY, this is the external number you are using in document.
