Hi

First of all, please use small letters if you need help. Using CAPS means, you are shouting on Community from whom you need help !

The tax classification is at a country level and not specific to a sales area. So if there is more than one sales area, even than you can specifiy only one tax classification indicator in the master data. However, you can off course change the tax classification in the sales order itself from what is derived from the master data record. This is possible technically

However, I would still be curious on the reason why multiple sales areas in the same country would have multiple tax rates for the same combination of a specific type of customer and material combination. What is the business requirement and which country you have such a requirement, i would be interested in knowing.

Thanks & Regards

If you are providing an update to answer, please add it as a comment as a courtesy to others. I am still not clear if you are selling the same product (whether FOC or Commercial Trade Sale with revenue), from tax perspective it should be considered as a sale with tax liability being created at the same rate. It does not matter if there is one sales organization or more than one, as long as tax jurisdiction or country is the same. I would still question the requirement itself unless there is a specific tax notification that you could point to.

I already informed about the possibility to change the sale order if you want earlier. But if you want on a specific logic, than you would have to work with a technical colleague for a custom development in that case. The below question answered earlier might be of help.

thank you for your quick response

If am selling material A as a sample sale for free to customer A with sale organization A(we use this sale area for free sale) and i want to sell same material A to customer A with different sale org B(this sale area used when we charge to customer) so user have to change tax classification and it is automatically change in all sales area of customer A . if i am doing this cycle of free sale and then chargable sale so every time i have to change tax classification can we fix this classification so it can not reflect on other sales area so next time i dont have to change again
