Customer hirachy partner function type 1D is not mapped in GTS system

Hi Team,

Please let us know the partner function type to be used in GTS system to map Customer hirachy partner function 1D in ECC.

Hello Chalapathi,

What I was trying to say, is that you create a new partner role in GTS with a description 'Not Relevant Partner' or similar. Then map the 1D to it and check the Excl. Partner Role checkbox.

That should resolve your issue.

Thank you for your response.

The partner function 1D (Customer hierarchy) is determined in the Sales document and it is technically incomplete (partner) in GTS System. Hence we need to have the assignment in GTS system as per the standard Functionality.

Apart from 1D we also have 1A, 1B,1C used for Customer hierarchy and need to be mapped with GTS system.
