Custom Template ID in MSMP

Hi Experts,

Can I Create a custom template id in MSMP GRC 12

I have a requirement where i need trigger email to user when the request is submitted.

Currently email are triggering only to the requester, but if the request is submit for some other user then that user is not getting any email notification.

I tried creating a new Message class and document object in SE61 but then i add it to the MSMP against the existing template id - GRAC_AR_SUBMIT, I get error that "More notification template with ID GRAC_AR_SUBMIT exists"

Yes, you can create customized template via SE61 under document type "General Text".
