Custom pricing rules for Configurable product having Attributes values referencing products

Hi Gurus,

I am looking for some help where within SAP CPQ without any integration to VC/ AVC, I would like to determine rules for Custom Pricing for Attributes that are referencing products.

For Example::
Bundle Product - Computer Configurator

I am planning on selling Hardware/ Warranties and Software Licenses under Computer Configurator. All attribute values refer to Products ( active SKUs) within the system.

I would like to determine a rule for Software License products, say with quantities below :
1-5 License - 100$

5-10 License - 75$

10-20 License - 50$

Can anyone guide how to go about this ?
