Custom fields are greyed out on issue tab in display mode in SAP GRC NWBC portal

Hi Team,

I am facing an issue while creation of custom fields for Issue tab screen on NWBC portal.

I have followed all the steps as per sap note 1655539 - Add user-defined fields. For the new issue creation all the custom fields are displayed correctly are editable and enabled.

But for the same issue once I try to open it again after submitting, all these custom fields are greyed out (disabled). I want these fields as read-only but they should be enabled not greyed out like standard fields which are read-only but not greyed out (disabled). Standard fields are properly shown in display mode, issue is only with custom fields.

So could you please suggest the solution for the same? Let me know if I missed any configuration/customization.
