Custom Field is not visible in Manage Journal Entries despite published status

In the custom fields app we have created and published a field in relation to the business context "Accounting: Coding Block".

When checking this field in apps such as Manage Journal Entries I could not add the field to the available items of the Journal Entry.

It appears the custom field has not been published correctly?

It is possible that the field has not been enabled for usage in the app.  Please refer to KBA 3557962 - Custom Field (Accounting: Coding Block) is not visible in Manage Journal Entries
