Hello,
Currently there are 15 companies for which we are doing currency conversion from local currency to USD.
Recently we have 4 new companies for which the business requires:
1. The currency conversion in BPC to be setup from local currency to EUR
2. Local currency to USD
Please advise on how we can achieve these multiple currency conversions in BPC for these new company codes.

Bharadwaj Cheruvu.

Hi Vadim,
Let me give you an example:
1. Currently I have 15 companies for which we have LC mapped to reporting currency (USD) in system and currency translation is working as you said.
2. Now there are 4 new company codes for which the business requires translation from LC to reporting currency(EUR) and also to USD.
How can I configure such a scenario in my existing setup.

Sorry, but looks like you don't understand some basic things...
"15 companies for which we have LC mapped to reporting currency (USD)" - meaningless statement!
LC is the currency depending on entity currency!
India LC=INR
Germany LC=EUR
USA LC=USD
Reporting group currency: USD and EUR
LC for each country will be converted to USD and EUR
What is the issue?????????????
Hi Vadim,
Thanks for your immediate response.Let me explain you in detail:
Configuration changes that are required for EURO Consolidation.
Current State:
BPC has local currency (LC) and consolidation in USD(R_USD)
Future State:
1. customer needs entity currency configured for xxxx europe branches(set up as company code in SAP) with LC of PLN,GBP and EUR to have consolidated income and balance sheet in EUR currency.
2. The consolidated EUR currency financials for xxxx entity will then need to be translated to USD for global consolidation using (R_USD) currency.
Let me know if you have any further queries.
Regards,
Bharadwaj Cheruvu.
"I mean in the rate model how would you be able to map the relation between local currency to USD and local currency to EUR and relation between EUR and USD." - Sorry, but what is the issue???
Each entity has a defined CURRENCY used as a local currency.
You enter data in LC for some ENTITY and BPC always know what currency is used as LC.
Then currency conversion can convert LC to any requiured currency!

I am currently using BPC standard 10.1 version.
Please help me on how we can map multiple group currencies to local currencies.
I mean in the rate model how would you be able to map the relation between local currency to USD and local currency to EUR and relation between EUR and USD.
Assist me in the modelling of the objects to setup this scenario. Let me know if you have any queries.
