Currency Conversion DMP executing successfully but no data is getting posted (10.1 Standard - NW)

Hi Experts,

We are executing currency conversion DMP using following Script Logic:

*RUN_PROGRAM CURR_CONVERSION
CATEGORY = %CATEGORY_SET%
TID_RA = %TIME_SET%
GROUP = %SCOPE_SET%
RATEENTITY = Global
*ENDRUN_PROGRAM 

Have maintained other required properties in master data (Dimensions) for currency conversion.

Further following are the business rules maintained for currency conversion at closing rate:

After executing Currency Conversion DMP, it is showing successful execution of the same in status but no data is getting posted in the database.

Please start with very simple sample based on the ENVIRONMENTSHEL copy, configure everything like in https://archive.sap.com/documents/docs/DOC-4192
